Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as:
- Marine electronics
- Shipbuilding
- Ship repair
- Shipyard projects
- Related marine engineering environments
Hands-on experience in the design, installation, integration, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of marine electronic and navigation systems is preferred. Experience with systems such as GMDSS, VDR/S-VDR, ECDIS, Marine Radar, Gyro Compass, AIS, SatCom and fibre-optic systems is an added advantage.

2. Technical Assistant for Karachi Shipyard Jobs 2026

Qualification
- DAE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of engineering drawings is preferred.
- MS Office and coordination skills are advantageous.
