- Surveyor: 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) Civil from recognized institute, with 5 years experience preferred.
- Sub-Engineer (Civil): 3 years DAE Civil from an institute recognized by Punjab Board of Technical Education, with 5 years experience preferred.
- Driver Motor Vehicle: Literate with valid LTV driving licence and 5 years experience.
- Mason/Mistri: Literate with 5 years experience.
- Quli: Literate with 5 years experience.
- Sewer Man: Physically fit with experience in cleaning sewerage networks.
