Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

• Position: Chief Information Security Officer
• Location: Islamabad
• Qualification: Master’s degree in any of the following fields:
  • Information Security
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Equivalent relevant discipline
• Institution: Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university.
• Degree Attestation: Educational degrees must be attested by HEC.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in senior positions in information security operations and management.
• Maximum Age: 55 years, including five years of general age relaxation.

Additional Preference:

• Candidates holding a Ph.D. or doctoral degree will be preferred.
• Relevant Information Security Audit certifications, particularly CISA or CISM, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities for NADRA Jobs 2026

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing NADRA’s information security and cybersecurity functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement information security and cybersecurity strategies.
• Identify security gaps and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Oversee information security operations and management.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and technological developments.
• Guide vulnerability assessments and network penetration-testing activities.
• Plan information security training and awareness programs.
• Develop and implement effective information security policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
• Represent NADRA at national and international information security and cybersecurity forums.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in information security practices.
